Woodturning Courses
One day courses can be arranged for individuals who want to begin turning or for those who want to improve their skills.. These courses are geared to the individual's requirements and can include ,
timber selection,
cutting and rough turning,
drying,
spindle turning ,
bowl turning,
turning hollow vessels,
tool selection and sharpening,
decorating, sanding and finishing.
One to one tuition for a full day costs €200. This includes lunch and use of all tools and materials . Most go home with at least a finished salad bowl at the end of the day.
